I was pleasantly surprised to find my room equipped with air conditioning, a stone fireplace, and an electronic key card.

The place met all my needs, I have no complaints, the staff were friendly throughout my stay - highly recommend.

This place is worth 3 stars as it's conveniently located near Sree Surya Narayana Swamy Temple and is right in the heart of the city.

I keep coming back for my romantic escapes. the staff kindly accommodated my late check-out. With Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and security, pets welcomed.

From the housekeeping staff to the front desk personnel, they all provided me with a warm and friendly welcome. the cleanliness of this hotel was excellent. Despite staying for several days, I noticed that the bathrooms, rooms, and public areas of the hotel were kept immaculate. The daily breakfast was also a notable plus. The variety of dishes was diverse, and everything was always tasty.

The staff of the hotel were really friendly and always willing to help. the location was great as it was close to many key attraction points and restaurants.

The room size was small and the roof was low which made the room feel cramped. Unfortunately, there was no fan available and I had to depend on the AC. the hotel had issues with recharging Tata sky, therefore, I had to use Youtube for my entertainment.

the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a neat bathroom. the staff were very welcoming, providing excellent customer service. the breakfast was also worth mentioning, as it was delicious and offered a lot of variety.

The hotel only accepted cash payments, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Stayed at a hotel for Easter weekend. Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is ideally located near great restaurants and shopping. The best part of the stay was the comfortable bed and the clean rooms. We were also happy to find out that the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

The room size was a bit too small and there were no other cooling options available besides the AC. The lack of hot water and drinking water was also a bit disappointing. The card machine never seemed to work which was frustrating as we were not carrying enough cash.
